The Uniform Data System (UDS) tracks a variety of information, including patient demographics, services provided, staffing, clinical indicators, utilization rates, costs, and revenues. UDS data are collected from grantees and reported at the grantee, state, and national levels. UDS reporting is a requirement for HRSA-funded primary care programs (Section-330 grantees), as defined in the Public Health Service Act. This link provides national and state-level performance and reporting data based on UDS reporting requirements, as well as health center trends, statistics, and rankings.
HealthLandscape is an interactive web atlas that allows health professionals, policy makers, academic researchers and planners to combine, analyze and display information in ways that promote better understanding of health and the forces that affect it. The tool brings together various sources of health, socio-economic and environmental information in a convenient, central location to help answer questions about, and improve, health and healthcare delivery.
HRSA Geospatial Data Warehouse (HGDW)
The HRSA Geospatial Data Warehouse (HGDW) provides statistical and geographic data detailing HRSA’s activities with grants, health care sites, HPSAs, NHSC providers and provider sites, NHSC jobs, and medically underserved areas and populations. The website provides charts, graphs and interactive maps, highlighting the scope of the aforementioned data layers throughout the United States. The HGDW also provides quick access downloadable reports for all of the website’s data, which can be filtered and manipulated to produce a customized spreadsheet.
