This year we have added demographic information for the US Territories. Due to the way the Census Bureau reports data for these areas we have changed the way we are counting “Non-White” for all of the states and territories. Previously the “Non-White” category did not include Hispanic people who were white. Because race and ethnicity are not reported separately for the territories, all Hispanic people regardless of race are now included in the “Non-White” category.
